FlynnFilms, founded in 2005, was established to deliver high-quality video and theatrical features in the independent film world. Based in the town of Bellingham, MA, FlynnFilms is a small outfit that is slowly growing. Its passion is to develop video programming that delivers on all levels to its audiences, and to continue building a fanbase. Its first production, The Tell-Tale Heart, a short film based on the short story by Edgar Allan Poe, was first aired in late summer of 2005, and not only garnered itself a strong fanbase; it also won the First Place Award for a Dramatic Program at the 8th Annual Alliance for Community Media Video Festival in 2005. As it continues to grow, the company hopes to continue on developing top-quality programming for public-access, being short-format films like The Tell-Tale Heart, or longer-format features, and widen its audience beyond public-access in the future.
