The Tell-Tale Heart, the first video venture for FlynnFilms Productions, started off as an animated short by Dan Flynn, then a full-time student at UMass Dartmouth. Combined with the video expertise of his brother, Chris, and the sheer acting genius of its lead actor, Sarah Hartley, it grew into an awe-inspiring short film that became a slow but sure phenomenon among its viewers, and would also win the award for Best Dramatic Program at the Northeast Regional Video Festival in 2005.
